THE PHANTOM: $25,000 sponsorship level

The Phantom of the Opera is the star of our show and your company will be too as the premiere sponsor of the Pickering Mayor’s Gala. The Phantom sponsor will serve as the flagship sponsor for the Mayor’s Gala event and will be recognized as such.

Sponsorship benefits:

Presenting sponsorship: Company name to appear at all times with the event name. ie. “City of Pickering Mayor’s Gala presented by ‘Your Company Name’.”

Promotional considerations:

• Top billing at the pre-event press conference and photo opportunity with Mayor Dave Ryan and other committee members;
• Lead listing and logo in the event program, on tickets, event banners, newspaper Gala page and other promotional materials;
• Signature sponsorship recognition during the 2006 Gala event;
• Company name listed prominently on the ‘Mayor’s Gala’ plaque to be hung at City Hall outside the mayor’s office;
• Speaking opportunity at the gala event;
• Company name listed on recognition plaque at the Rouge Valley Ajax and Pickering hospital.

VIP Gala treatment includes:

• Table of 10, opportunity for VIP guests from the City at your table;

MAESTRO: $20,000 sponsorship level

The Maestro leads the orchestra and as a $15,000 sponsor, your company will enjoy leadership privileges. The Maestro sponsorship provides companies with many promotional benefits as well as VIP perks on the evening of the gala.

• High-level positioning in the event program and other promotional material listing with logo as ‘supporting sponsor’ under the premiere sponsor;
• Sponsorship recognition panel at the 2006 Gala event
• Company name listed prominently on the ‘Mayor’s Gala’ plaque to be hung at City Hall outside the mayor’s office;
• Company name listed on recognition plaque at the Rouge Valley Ajax and Pickering hospital.

COMPOSER: $10,000 sponsorship level

Without the music there would be no opera so of course the composer is key to the opera’s success. As a $10,000 sponsor, your company is integral to the success of the 2006 Pickering Mayor’s Gala. The Composer sponsorship provides companies with many promotional benefits as well as VIP perks on the evening of the gala.

Bravo means applause and cheering. You will share in that applause when your company is recognized as a sponsor of this popular event. The Bravo sponsorship offers companies an opportunity to receive contribution recognition at an affordable level.

• Thank you listing in some promotional materials and on Gala sponsorship page in the newspaper;
